Hal lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received
the first Eagle in 1997 for having revitalized the Austin Families
Association of America. Under his leadership, many Austin lines were
digitized and published, and are now available at the AFGS Austin-Austen
Research Center. |

Roger Brian Austin
Roger resided in Sherborne, Dorset,, U.K. He received the AFGS
2002 Austin Genealogical Research Award for his collaboration with Timothy
Smellie in updating and re-publishing a
book An
Old Colonial Family on the Thomas Austin of Barbados line. Roger died
Oct. 2007. |

Richard Austin of Charlestown, Mass. Liz is the AFAOA Southern

Sally lives in Livonia, Michigan, and has done
countless hours of research on Austin lines at the Allen County Library in

Bonnie lives in Green River, Wyoming. She is a former
AFAOA Genealogist, and received the 1999 Austin Genealogical Research Award
for her manuscript "Some Descendants of Daniel and Mary (Brackett) Austin of
Maine," which was originally donated to the AFGS Library in 1986. |

Pat lives in Concord, Massachusetts, and has served
as an Associate Editor for the AFGS newsletter for over 25 years. She is the
AFGS genealogist handling member queries. Her numerous published
articles earned her the 2004 Austin Genealogical Research Award. |

Pauline resides in Marion, Iowa. She has been into genealogy since 1951. Her
numerous fine articles as an Associate Editor for the AFGS newsletter earned her the AFGS 2000 Austin Genealogical Research Award.
She remains active as an AFGS genealogist. |

Carol lives in Garden Grove, California and has served
as an Associate Editor for the AFGS newsletter and as the Project Fund
Coordinator for the Austin-Austen DNA Project. Her many AFGS newsletter

Gay Gaston Martin
Gay lives in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He undertook
the massive task of digitizing Edith Austin Moore's
93 handwritten field notebooks. He
carefully proofed his work, now available at the AFGS Austin-Austen
Research Center. This earned him the 2001 and 2006 Eagle Awards.
